Yoga, along with acupuncture, naturopathy and other natural health modalities is also beneficial to all aspects of health, especially women undergoing fertility treatment. Quite often the process of IVF can take its toll on emotional wellbeing and energy levels but yoga can help you move through this. The style of yoga I teach is restorative or yin and of course prenatal. It is suited best for those who prefer a slower pace and enjoy sinking into a nice stretch. The class will involve breath work (pranayama), mantra (yogic sound healing) and a touch of meditation. All classes are suitable for beginner levels and beyond.
