Who do we help?

The Highly Sensitive Person

Do you find yourself picking up on tiny details others miss, feeling other people’s moods like your own, and getting drained by noisy, crowded places? You notice small changes in tone or expression, feel emotions deeply, and need quiet time afterward to recharge. Little things—clutter, bright lights, a tense conversation—can leave you wiped out, while beautiful moments hit you harder than they seem to hit others. If so you are possibly a Highly Sensitive Person and acupuncture can help.

Most people benefit from stress management but some can’t function optimally without it. My body work therapy -Acupuncture, cupping, tuina, moxibustion and naturopathic support are all tailored to help you reduce stress levels. Stress actually contributes to most health imbalances and is one of the first issues we adress.

A busy career and hectic family life is a wonderful thing but requires a lot of energy to maintain. Taking the time to replenish your energy stores and just “be” is essential to maintain the harmony of give and take- preventing burn out.
